プロジェクト前の寿ゞ家（外観） SUZUYA before the project (exterior)

プロジェクト開始前の寿ゞ家は、放置された庭木が生い茂り、門や玄関をふさいでまともに中に入れず、屋上庭園の草木もジャングル状態で、遠目には完全に廃墟状態でした。

Before the start of the project, the SUZUYA was overgrown with neglected garden trees, blocking the gate and entrance, making it impossible to enter properly.

建物内部は、本館・新館ともに大量の生活用品がそのまま残され、また小動物（主に猫）が住処にしていたため、それらの物品が散乱したり糞尿があったりと、外と変わらないくらい荒れていました。床には厚く埃がたまり、土足でなければ畳の上も歩けませんでした。

Inside both the main building and the new building, a large amount of daily necessities were left as they were, and small animals (mainly cats) lived there, so these items were scattered and excreted, and it was as rough as the outside. I was. The floor was thick with dust, and it was impossible to walk on tatami mats without shoes.
